It looks like fledgling Biden’s Black woman supreme court pander isn’t playing too well with voters!

After succumbing to pressure from the Left to pick a Black woman as Vice President and inflicting the disastrous Kamala Harris on the United States, Biden is playing the same game again with the Supreme Court seat opening up with the retirement of Justice Stephen Breyer - promising frustrated Black activists on the Left that he will keep his campaign promise and appoint a Black woman to the Supreme Court - without even considering any other qualified candidates!

At a ceremony honoring Breyer, Biden had this to say:

"The person I will nominate will be someone with extraordinary qualifications, character, experience and integrity. And that person will be the first Black woman ever nominated to the United States Supreme Court," Biden said. "It's long overdue in my view. I made that commitment during the campaign for president, and I will keep that commitment."

However, it looks like the pander is backfiring.

From ABC News:

A new ABC News/Ipsos poll finds that a plurality of Americans view the Supreme Court as motivated by partisanship, while President Joe Biden's campaign trail vow to select a Black woman to fill a high-court vacancy without reviewing all potential candidates evokes a sharply negative reaction from voters.

According to the poll, a whopping 76% of respondents think Biden should consider all possible nominees, and only 23% think he should consider only Black women!

With Biden failing at the border, failing with Inflation, and failing America, he’s likely hoping this pander helps him with his base of Black voters.

But as their grocery and gas bills pile up…it’s not likely.
